EASIEST WAY TO JAM / PRACTICE ? || CoryMura
I'm thinking of buying this guitar, but they say it won't play well because it's been polished. I am just a guitarist, and I want playing to be enjoyable. Is this guitar suitable for me? Is the guitar you have polished?
Great review thanks.
Love the guitar porn, so beautiful
... you MIGHT also just use a cotton-bud (these hygiene-sticks) dabbend in ethyl alcohol (deutsch: "Spritus"): That's non-abrasive, works on "roilled" bindings as well (idk, but I'd imagine scraping a rolled edge to be not easy, to say the least), and while at it: Clean your plastic/mother of pearl/Micarta-inlays in the same session! When finished, wipe down your strings with it: You might be surprised... Oh: In the beginning, you mention that you don't recommend scraping on the sides of the binding - I agree. However, IF you go down the cotton-bud route - voilà! WORD OF CAUTION: I recommend ethyl alc. for a special reason. The alc. acts as solvent, and you want that effect - however, preferrabyl on the dirt/grime ONLY (otherwise you'd start rto dissolve your binding...). I do use more aggressive solvent (acetone) for extreme situations (e.g. after dying a fretboard). BUT I have to work quick, as the acteone will start to dissolve the binding material almost immediately... Sorry, I almot forgot: Thank you very much for your video! Very clearly explained & great footage too. Always good to see how others are doing things!✌😉
Sounds like shit. Notes all sound dead. Sorry I call them as I see them. Thanks for the video though. Thumbs up
No reverb wtf
Hi! Can anybody tell me the strings spacing in the 5 strings model PJ-5 HTR ? Can´t find that info online, thanks in advance!
Good review, thank you very much!
I really don't read where people have had problems with the fretboards. Mine was horrible. You could cut your fingers on the high E side. The nut was way too high. .2 at 1st fret. I threw a graph tech nut on, finished the ends correctly, lowered the action and now it is a playable instrument. It is a cool guitar, neck a bit too thick for my taste, small handed guys take note. All that said, with shipping it was 274 delivered, 12 bucks for the new nut, 286 well worth it.
Crazy
As guitarras da EART GW2 ficaram bonitas. Parabéns pelo review
What is the size of the pick up covers im looking into metal ones for my 339 pr0
Thank so much
How much it weighs?
Hi, when the nut slots are wide enough for a 0.80 and you go back to a 0.46 string , does that create a problem for tuning stability?
It's like hearing Arnold give a guitar review. Just wants to make me buy it even more. 😉
They put the Brown strip in the back of the neck to simulate, old Teles
Hi Cory, Would you recommend this Tremolo on the Eart GW2?
Lookin for another EART guitar. Really like your channel because you have so many of them!
Which of these don't have the awful mint green pick guard? Great vid. I wanna buy another eart guitar
I think I'm going to buy this guitar, but I have a few questions in mind, can I play metal on this guitar? Do you have a nice, easy-to-play keyboard like the Ibanez? Ibanez guitars play lighter and smoother because the cables are close to the keyboard, how do harley bentons
What’s the song he plays at. 19:30
ich danke dir!
Good to see you Cory❤
Love Cory❤
Somiglia vagamente ad una fender.
does this work with maple wood fretboards? (sorry if this is a dumb question lol)
Your reviews are always excellent; thank you very much!
Are these baritone? What's the scale lenfth? Wanting one but tried a multiscale and seemed like neck was too long for me
How loud to get a decent gain, though?
159€ wtf.... ;D
That fret job looks like garbage. You can really tell where they cut corners.
Muchas gracias odio el color de las covers de mi P90
Joyo = Harley Benton = China. All is a new strategy of marketing.
I genuinely commend your English bc it beats my broken German by infinity. One thing, however, in English, it REE--view. Long E sound. Love how you did these comparisons. One of the few effective and helpful pedal comparisons online. VERY well done. Ty for your work. God Bless.
The mine is 3,8 kg, maybe more density wood??? 😅 But sound amazing
hey! Look who‘s back! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻😊🍀🍀🍀 Good to see you! 👍🏻
nice playing Cory .... P90s Rock yeah?
The best comparison video of a guitar.❤
Still looking hé 😁
I have wanted a Jazzmaster my whole life, the closest I got was one of those Jaguar thinlines from the late 2000s. But everytime I hear that bridge I am already planning impossible mods.
Your English with the heavy german accent is just wonderful 😊
I would have loved the white with silver colour hardware. The gold usually wears off quickly
8.40 is the true colour , lights can make this colour look animated
Well done on the video. I have one of these in Sonic Blue I purchased last year. Although it appears to be setup properly and signed off by a QA person at G&L in USA apparently, the guitar does not stay in tune at all when using the wammy bar. New strings, stretched on install, using the bar for light vibrato, some strings just do not come back in tune. The electronics are not very durable either. After about 2 months of playing, the switch barely works. The bridge pickup is also very weak and thin compared to the middle and neck pickups. You have to have the bass control all the way up for it to sound decent. Doing so however makes the other pickups way too bassy. Always have to fiddle with the bass control when switching between pickups. Pulling on the treble knob to activate neck and bridge pickups together almost requires pliers to pull up. I’ve been playing guitar since I’m 12 and still playing at 64. Played semi-professionally from the age of 17 to 32 so I’m pretty familiar and versed on quality of guitars. Sure an affordable G&L, but what’s the point if you have to spend a fair amount of money to fix setup, change electronics, pickups, and possibly tuners?
you might have gotten a lemon, that shouldn't be happening.
Are you planning a demo video? I’m really curious to hear the pickups… mainly the position 2 (which is always tricky because of the Humbucker).
Got the impression the lemon drop was tuned for blues , always vheck the pickups numbers in vintage guitars , theres a few , the mick ronson is an all out rock guitar , the hot black pickups suit it ,
The only thing holding me back are the pickups. I want to play metal
Just change them. You can do It yourself, it's pretty easy
Just switched from the black to a chrome on my creamsicle Tele , thanks for the vid
Would this be suitable for spaghetti western style guitar playing? I guess that's where the trem would come in handy possibly? May look at picking one up for fun. Thanks for the review!
